Appointments
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you can enjoy the spa facilities before your treatment commences.
Late arrivals will receive the best treatment possible in their remaining appointment time.
Cancellations
With consideration to other spa guests waiting for a particular appointment time, please give 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. Inadequate notice may be subject to a full treatment charge.
Modesty
Your spa therapists are highly trained and will respect your modesty at all times during your treatments. Optional disposable underwear is available if desired. With respect to spa guests we kindly request that swimwear be worn whilst using the spa wet area facilities.
Children
In order to provide all spa guests with a safe and relaxing experience, children under 18 years of age are not permitted inside the akaru spa facility.
Smoking policy
With respect to all guests, the akaru spa facility operates a strict 'No Smoking' policy in all areas.
Mobile telephones
To ensure a relaxing environment for all spa guests, you are kindly requested that mobile telephones are kept on silent or switched off.
Packages, Special Offers and Courses of treatments
No further discounts can be given on any packages or special offers. Courses of treatments are valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of purchase.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available from the Spa Reception. Vouchers can be purchased as a specific treatment or in monetary value starting at AED 250. They are to be treated as cash, therefore they are not redeemable if lost or stolen.
All vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
They are not refundable or transferable and must be redeemed at one time.
